Here at Enhance Skin & Laser, we hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. According to the Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to a 14 day cooling off period. This means that you can return any products purchased so long as they are unopened, unused and in the condition in which you received them, within 14 days of your order being made.
Should product's arrive damaged or faulty, we will replace or refund the product's when you contact us about the issue within 7 days of receiving your package. You can report faulty or damaged products to email@example.com or call our clinic at +353 49 436 2708.
For any faulty or damaged products, Enhance Skin & Laser will assist in facilitating the return of the damaged item free of charge. If you are being issued a refund, we will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us including the delivery charges you incurred when you ordered.
Any products you wish to return, whether it is within the 14 day cooling off period or if they are faulty or damaged, must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery to the address below:

Please include your order number and name with all items returned so that we can process these without delay.
Please note if there is no fault with the product, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the goods are returned safely to us via a postal or courier service. This cost must be covered by the customer. If you are being issued a refund, we will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us. The initial delivery fee will not be refunded.
Please note for any refunds due, we will refund the money back to the original method of payment charged only (e.g. credit card, debit card, Paypal) and this may take a short period of time to process, depending on the banks involved. Please note if a gift card was used for full or partial payment, any refunds due will be credited to the gift card until the total value is reached.
